Super Typhoon Haishen
Super Typhoon Haishen is the third strongest storm of 2020 to date, with recorded winds of 155 mph on Friday. Expected to make landfall in southern Japan on Sunday, the storm is now equivalent to a category 3 Atlantic hurricane with sustained winds of 120 mph. Haishen is following a similar path to Typhoon Maysak earlier this week.
Haishen is forecast to continue north towards the Korean Peninsula, where it may make landfall on Monday.
