Severe thunderstorms, hail threat to southern US this week
Disturbances to the jet stream will bring severe thunderstorms with large hail, damaging winds, and the potential for tornadoes in parts of the South much of this week, possibly into next weekend. Large hail was reported in parts of Texas (north of Dallas) and Oklahoma Sunday evening.
