Severe hail storm in Colorado

 In Event News

A severe hailstorm was reported in El Paso County, Colorado on August 6, 2018.

Maximum Expected Size of Hail (MESH) reports clearly show the hail bands across Colorado, from New Mexico in the south and running north into Nebraska. MESH reports are derived from radar imagery and provide an early estimate of where hail damage can be expected. In addition to the MESH reports, individual and consolidated hail reports are available in EigenPrism, along with a hail forecast for pre-event planning.
