Rosa flood potential for Baja California and southern Arizona

 In Event News

Now a tropical depression, Rosa is bringing a substantial amount of rainfall today, creating flood potential over a large area across the US south-west, from Baja California to Phoenix Arizona.

The main hazard from Rosa’s remnants is very heavy rainfall, leading to the risk of flash flooding and debris flows in desert areas, and potential for landslides in the mountains.
